    What age is it for?

    It’s designed for toddlers from 18 months, with adult supervision. The fairy lights are for adults to hang out of reach.

    Is it safe for my toddler?

    The tree and ornaments are soft felt with hook-and-loop backs — nothing breakable and nothing sharp. As with any toy, we recommend adult supervision for young children.

    Will they stop touching our real tree?

    We can’t promise that for every child! But giving them a tree of their own — one they’re allowed to decorate — gives that curiosity somewhere to go.

    Can my child use it on their own?

    Yes. It’s Montessori-inspired: they choose where each ornament goes and can decorate, rearrange and start again without help.

    How does it hang up?

    It has a hanging loop at the top — use a nail, a wall hook or an adhesive hook at your child’s height. It also works on a door.

    Do the ornaments stay on?

    Yes. Each ornament has a hook-and-loop back that grips the felt, and it’s easy for little fingers to peel off and move again.

    How do the fairy lights work?

    They’re battery-operated and meant to be hung by an adult, out of your child’s reach.

    Can we use it again next year?

    Yes. Everything folds flat and fits back in the box, ready for next December.
